Requirements for Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist include:
- Must have graduated from an accredited school.
- Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT.
- Current CPR certification.
- Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
- Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
- Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.
- Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.

We’re looking for occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech language pathologists who are flexible but disciplined, and inventive yet practical, with a clinically sound and savvy approach to patients and patient care.
If you’re licensed to work in New Jersey State and are interested in the opportunity and challenge of providing rehabilitation therapy to patients in their own home environments, we’d like to talk to you. In addition to direct care positions, opportunities for rehabilitation therapists are available in staff development, supervision, and management.
